Welcome to No Pain Gain ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products available at nopaingain.co ("Site").By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Military Discount
We proudly offer a 10% sitewide discount to active-duty military personnel and veterans. Proof of service may be required to validate the discount.
2. Services Provided
No Pain Gain offers professional design and business solutions through one-time purchases and subscription-based models.
3. Payment Terms
Full Payment Required: All services must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of any design work.
Exceptions: If an exception is granted allowing partial or delayed payment:
• No Pain Gain retains full ownership and copyright of all materials created.
•Clients are strictly prohibited from using, distributing, or publishing any deliverables until full payment is made.
No Refunds: All sales and subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
Project Timelines: Depending on project size, designer availability, and the number of revisions requested, project delivery may exceed the estimated turnaround time. We aim to be prompt, but timelines are not guaranteed.

4. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis and will be charged automatically to your selected payment method.
User Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to manage and cancel their subscription through their account.
Late Payments: If you miss a payment:
•You have 30 days from the missed payment date to become current.
•During this period, no new work requests will be honored.
•After 30 days, your subscription and associated services will be terminated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
Pricing Changes: Subscription pricing may change in the future. If changes occur, you will be notified in advance and changes will not take effect until after notification.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights
Client Rights: Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final design work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Pain Gain Rights: We reserve the right to display, publish, or distribute any client work created by us, including but not limited to use in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media channels.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of No Pain Gain.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Pain Gain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
